Class Format

Session Length: 60 minutes
Group Size: 8–15 athletes

Schedule:

  • Melissa: Tuesday & Friday: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

  • Anna: Thursday 6:00 - 7:00 PM

       1/week - $65/month
       2/week - $130/month
       

NXG Fitness sessions are coach-led, tennis-specific, and movement-focused.
 
Each session emphasizes:

  • Stability and control before power

  • Efficient movement patterns

  • Athletic footwork

  • Balance, coordination, and rotational power

  • Strength that transfers directly to the court

 
Fitness is added intentionally to support on-court training — never as random volume.

Semi-Private Fitness

(2:1 Athletes-to-Coach)

 

Shared training with individualized coaching and built-in accountability.

 

Designed for:
Competitive players who want targeted athletic development with a training partner.

 

Pricing:

  • $130/hour total
    ($65 per athlete-require 2 players)

 

Session Details:

  • 60-minute sessions

  • Highly individualized movement and power work

  • Scheduled by appointment only

Footwork Clinic

(Small Group Speed, Agility & Movement Training)

 

Targeted footwork and movement sessions with higher coaching attention.

 

Designed for:
Players who need to improve first-step quickness, court positioning, and recovery.

 

Pricing:

  • $45 per athlete/session

 

Session Details:

  • 60-minute sessions

  • Small groups: 3–6 athletes (require 3 players)

  • Scheduled by appointment only

Private Fitness

(1:1 Athlete-to-Coach)

 

Fully individualized tennis-specific athletic development.

 

Designed for:

  • Athletes with specific movement limitations

  • Return-to-play or injury history 

  • Accelerated development needs

 

Pricing:

  • $125/hour
